Front Door Fashion Celebrates 2 Years!

Front Door Fashion (FDF) celebrated 2 years in the business of making styling simpler this summer.  In 2013, Dallas-based Nina Lowe and Andrea Campbell started bringing personalized outfits to our front doors with FDF.  In case you're not familiar, FDF stylists put together looks based on your online style profile, they arrive at your door, then you keep your favorite pieces and mail back the stuff you don't want.  Longtime Small 4 Style readers may remember my introduction to FDF in 2013 with a box of clothes and accessories picked out for me by professional stylists.  2 years later they're still going strong and growing.

Small is Beautiful: Prada Introduces 3 Mini 'Candy Kiss' Fragrances

Small 4 Style's signature fragrance Prada Candy has recently released a set of 3 new, mini limited edition perfumes called "Candy Kiss."  The original Candy scent you fell in love with is now accompanied by the "florale" and "l'eau" versions in small-sized bottles.  This sweet and fresh fragrance is my favorite because it's not overpowering AND the bottle is pink!  Graphic artist Vahram Muraytan also made the most adorable GIFs to go with the collection.  Besides all of these amazing attributes, their slogan is "small is beautiful" which is not surprising of course!   

Summer 2015 Amelia Rose Cabo Collection Earrings

Since I can't escape to Cabo this summer, I'm doing the next best thing: updating my wardrobe!  The latest addition to my jewelry collection is a pair of Amelia Rose earrings from the Cabo Collection.  Earlier this year I got a cute saphire heart necklace from Amelia Rose.  But this season is all about the big, fun earrings!  My second Amelia Rose jewelry piece didn't disappoint.  Pink quartz and shiny gold was my choice but there are lots of color options with Amelia Rose jewelry.  Every collection comes in a rainbow of shades and silver or gold.  There's an element of sophistication in each Amelia Rose design.  I love my Amelia Rose Cabo earrings I think you will too, check them out and other Amelia Rose jewelry to find your favorite!

I must admit, the Brits have a knack for clever TV shows, good music and of course, fun fashion.  Sherry London is a UK-based brand for formal dresses.  This is where the stylish British girls go to get their bridesmaid, prom and party dresses.  Customers have the option to choose from a range of standard sizes or have their dress custom-made to their measurements (costs a little extra).  There are literally thousands of styles and colors to choose from.  The variety is amazing.  There's something for every woman's style.

Invaluable: Classy Girls Get Vintage Pearls from Online Auction Site

Some people think you can overdo it with your accessories.  But my philosophy is the exact opposite.  Nothing is too sparkly to wear for day and at night, I always say the bigger the better!  Accessories can take a plain, boring look into a stunning and stylish outfit.  When I don't know what jewelry to wear, I always default to pearls.  You could even say I'm a "pearl girl."  The sophisticated classiness of pearls go with every outfit.  Pearls have been my go-to for as long as I could remember. 

My signature pearl accessories have a vintage feel, which is classically refreshing.  I came across a website where you can get vintage jewelry and fine antiques online called Invaluable.  It's a really cool online auction marketplace for precious valuables like jewelry.  Bidders get access to a virtual database of the world's premiere auction houses.  Millions of people score estate items and jewelry from Invaluable each year.

Fit Chic Headbands + Giveaway

I had the pleasure of meeting Fit Chic Headbands owner Julie Condry at The Dallas Market Center this spring.  As a headband fanatic, I was immediately drawn to Julie's vibrant prints.  After chatting with Julie, I was so impressed with the entrepreneurial spirit it took to start her own business.  Fit Chic Headbands were popular before the brand even existed.  People kept asking where she got her headbands and she decided to sell them to boutiques.  Now Fit Chic is in more than 300 stores!  Her hobby turned into a way for her to stay home with her two boys and help pay for her son Cole's therapy after being diagnosed with Autism.  Pretty cool!
