Altuzarra for Target

Target goes couture again this weekend with the latest designer installment: Altuzarra for Target.  If you've been keeping up with the new spring/summer 2015 collections from NYFW, you probably noticed Joseph Altuzarra's attention to detail.  Even though everything in the Target collection is under $100, that chicness and attention to detail is still there.  I'm looking forward to seeing it in person.  The collection arrives at Target this Sunday!

Peter Pilotto for Target Arrives this Sunday

Fellow label lovers, rejoice!  London-based fashion brand Peter Pilotto hits Target this Sunday, February 9!  Target really hit the bullseye on this one.  The collection is vibrant, colorful, and full of life.  But whether you love taking fashion risks or you prefer a more quiet style, there's something for you in the collection.  I really like how Target styled the lookbook on their site, but customers will be able to easily integrate one or two Peter Pilotto pieces into their everyday wardrobes without going too crazy as well.

Project Emilie: Just Chillin' and Lookin' Fab

Emilie looks so fabulous in her Chanel-esque cardigan (from Target!) and her faux pearl necklace (from Forever 21!).  I got the ensemble for her for Christmas.  I got my polka dot pants at JCP for $27!  It's no secret that we love a good fashion deal.

I hurried to Target this morning to see the Target and Neiman Marcus collection in person.  This is a great paring.  You can really see the quality in each piece.  Surprisingly, my favorite part is the kid's clothes, like the Marchesa dresses.  This is legendary and I hope they decide to do it again!  Make sure you snatch up your favorites because they're going fast.  Shop the items below by clicking on the photo.

Target + Neiman Marcus on Revenge

I know I'm not the only one that is excited for the Target and Neiman Marcus gift collaboration this Christmas.  I already have some ideas for things I am going to get as gifts.  After reading in WWD about ABC's Revenge featuring the new products, I couldn't wait to see the episode.  Last night's episode of Revenge was amazing!  The new collection was intertwined into a juicy story with each of the characters getting one of the pieces as a gift.  This was the best product placement I have ever seen.  Let me tell you, I will be at Target / Neiman Marcus on December 1 when the collection comes out.

Target + Neiman Marcus + 24 Designers = Genius!

It's like Missoni Madness, only better!  Target and Neiman Marcus are collaborating on a holiday collection to debut in December.  And why just feature one designer when you can have 24?  Some of my favorites like Oscar de la Renta, Tracy Reese, Tory Burch, and Diane von Furstenberg are each designing pieces for the collection.  It will be available in both Target and Neiman's stores and online on December 1.  Let's just say that I'm already counting down and saving my money.

Cheap and Chic: 1 Skirt... 2 Looks

Every stylistas loves a good deal.  Target has been known for it's fabulous clothing department for several years, but this season they're on fire.  I've found some of the best graphic tees, chic work clothes, and fun everyday pieces at Target in the past few weeks.  I bought this striped skirt in March, and I just love how versatile it is!  It looks chic and professional with a blouse.  But it also looks fun and cool with a boxy graphic tee.  Either way, you've got a fabulous look for not a lot of $$!

Look Du Jour: Colored Jeans

Just like the Stylistas back in Paris, I'm currently obsessed with colored denim!  These styles are flattering on a lot of figures, and are still so fun for spring!

Cheap and Chic: Leopard Pants from Target

It's the biggest bargain fashion phenomenon since Missoni.  I spotted these leopard print pants at Target for under $25!  I think I really hit the bullseye with this fierce fashion find.

These leopard jeans are surprisingly versatile.  They look just as fabulous at work as they do for a shopping day.  I styled 5 looks with these pants, all equally fierce.  There are several $200 designer jeans out there that look almost identical to these!  But you better hurry, because they're sold out online and have low stock in stores.  Once again, Target style didn't disappoint.

I was dying to see the new Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge in Dallas, the perfect place for a photoshoot!

Cheap and Chic: Polka Dot Shorts from Target

Shorts season is just beginning, and I've been on the lookout for new styles.  For just $17, I got these super-cute polka dot shorts at Target.  I love how they look like a skirt at first glance and when you start walking... POW... they're shorts.  And they go with almost anything, printed or solid tops, and can be dressed up or down.  Definitely a great versatile piece.  Shorts ("challis shorts") that have several pleats are fun and flowy for spring and summer.  Plus, I saw tons of these challis shorts in Paris, tres chic.  Another successful style steal from Target!

Bonjour!  Mademoiselles, we can all be fabulously French for a low price.  I got this Bonjour t-shirt at Target for $12 (a sweet steal!).  Finding a Bonjour shirt at Target in Dallas was a pleasant surprise!  Au Revoir!

The next Target guest designer will have a hard time to fill Missoni for Target’s zig-zag shoes.  Jason Wu is Target’s next collaborator, the collection launches February 5.  Jason Wu for Target features several handbags, as well as modest, feminine dresses.  The prices range from $20-$60. I love designer Target collections, I just hope this one doesn’t sold out in less than an hour!
